Arrive & settle in
It’s just you, one-on-one, unhurried — your fitting is the only one happening, about 45 minutes, all for you. Settle in with a coffee, a glass of wine, or something a little stronger, if you’re so inclined.

Tell our team how you actually use your glasses day to day, what’s frustrated you about old pairs, what you’re drawn to — this is your conversation, not a script.

You’ll try frames our team have chosen around your face and habits, not just what’s popular — adjusted in real time until it’s actually right, not just close.

Lenses & details
You’ll be given options from our opticians for the best lenses for your prescription and the way you actually live — coatings, materials, whatever fits. More on that on our lenses page.
